Phoneix group plan Ahmedabad business hotels

Hospitality and real estate conglomerate Phoenix Group has announced plans to develop a luxury-class business hotel in Ahmedabad. The group has identified land in the city and work on the project is expected to begin by the end of this year.

They plan to invest Rs 1,500 crore over a span of six years in hospitality and real estate projects. Hotels targeting business travellers will be developed in Ahmedabad, Nagpur, Kochi, Vishakhapatnam and Chennai. Their focus is on unexplored potential in these business centres” said Priti Chand, director, communications. “The Ahmedabad project has been designed as a hotel with more than 150 rooms.
